As an interventional radiologist, Dr. Gaojun Teng has focused on innovation and development of new device and techniques initiated by clinical demands. He has successfully invented series of new stent coated with 125I radioactive seeds, which applied in esophageal cancer, biliary tract cancer, airway obstruction, and liver cancer with portal tumor thrombosis, etc. Thousands of such patients in the world benefit from these new treatments, with longer survival and better quality of life. As a pioneer of molecular imaging and functional imaging, he discovered several imaging-markers which leads the frontier of the radiology. Dr. Teng was elected as an Academician of Chinese Academy of Science in 2021, and fellow of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in 2022, respectively. |

|
Dr. Hai-Dong Zhu is a senior interventional radiologist and the Vice Chair of the Center of Interventional Radiology and Vascular Surgery at Zhongda Hospital, Southeast University in Nanjing, China. Dr. Zhu has been focusing on both clinical practice and research in interventional radiology (IR) since 2000. He further completed his IR training at Policlinico Umberto Iº, Sapienza, University of Rome, Italy.He is active and has extensive experience in various interventional procedures, such as interventional oncology, spinal intervention, and nonvascular intervention. As the key member, he performed the first Y-90 SIRT procedure in mainland China. He has published more than 40 papers and presented hundreds of research abstracts at international and national meetings.Dr. Zhu previously served as an Executive Member of APSCVIR. He currently is the Secretary General of CCI and a Member of CIRSE and many national or local IR societies |

Dr. Chu-Hui Zeng is a researcher and PhD holder in Biomedical Engineering at Asan Medical Center, University of Ulsan College of Medicine in Korea. She is the International Liaison of the Chinese College of Interventionalists and an Editor of EngMedicine. In addition to interventional radiology procedures, developing and testing new interventional radiology devices is also her research focus. Dr. Zeng has edited more than 100 scientific papers and authored/co-authored over 30 of them. |
