$150 per person
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
To cancel registration and accommodation reservations after payment is completed, please submit the refund application on the website before the deadline. The refund will be processed after the application is approved by the Organizing Committee.
Registration fee:
Before June 6, 2025: a 3.5% processing fee will be charged
After June 6, 2025: non-refundable
Accommodation:
Before May 31, 2025: a 3.5% processing fee will be charged
After May 31, 2025: non-refundable
INVOICE
The invoices for registration fees and accommodation reservations will be sent automatically.
