PRESENTER GUIDELINES
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all scheduled presenters contributing to the knowledge-sharing experience at the upcoming ISMIO 2025 Conference this June! Please review the following technical specifications pertaining to presentation material preparation.
All oral and poster session presenters are required to complete conference registration prior to delivering their presentations. Specifically, poster presenters must finalize their enrollment by May 25, 2025. Non-compliance with this registration deadline will result in the corresponding poster presentation being subject to removal from the official program.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Guidelines for poster presentations
Upload format: a single-slide poster using PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) format only , max. 20 MB
Upload deadline: Tuesday, May 20 (23:59 UTC+8)

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Guidelines for oral presentations
Prepare your slides in English using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Upload format: single.ppxt file (videos need to be embedded)
Speaking times:
Invited lectures: refer to your personal speaker invitation
Scientific papers: 6 minutes (followed by 2 minutes for discussion)
NOTICE TO PRESENTERS:
All presentations are encouraged to use the official ISMIO2025 template available on the conference website's homepage. Presentations should strictly comply with both the formatting specifications of the designated template and the aforementioned submission guidelines.
PRESENTATION TIME ALLOCATION:
Invited lectures: Duration to be confirmed through individual speaker correspondence
Scientific Session Presentations: 6-minute presentation slot followed by 2-minute moderated Q&A
ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS:
All Faculty and Presenters should upload their PowerPoint Presentations no later than 2 hours before their presentation.
Technical specifications for presentation file upload will be circulated approximately three weeks prior to the congress commencement date.
