The Annual Meeting of International Society of Multidisciplinary Interventional Oncology (ISMIO 2025)

Oral Presentation Guidelines:
1. Prepare your slides in English using Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx).

2. Use PowerPoint 2016 or later to ensure compatibility with on‑site PCs.

3. Media formats:

Images: JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP

Video: MP4 (H.264 codec), maximum file size 500 MB

4. Upload your final presentation to the Speaker Ready Room at least 12 hours before your scheduled session.

5. All presentations will be run from the conference’s on-site PCs; personal laptops are not permitted.

E‑Poster Guidelines:
1. Create a single-slide poster using PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) format only.

2. Limit the file to one slide and ensure the file size does not exceed 20 MB.

3. Submission:

Go to Submission Management and upload your E-poster(s).

Only the submitting author is permitted to upload the file.

Deadline: May 20, 2025.

5. All E-posters will be displayed on the E-Poster Gallery platform throughout the meeting.

Published Only Guidelines:
Your submitted abstract(s) will be included in the conference proceedings book.

Travel Grant Notification:

The results for the ISMIO 2025 Travel Grant will be announced soon. All applicants will be notified via email once the review process is complete. Please stay tuned for further updates.

Reply example: "I agree" or "I disagree" that my abstract (ID: XXX) be published on the conference website for viewing.
All accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings book and will be displayed online during the conference.
